Our beautiful singers in Class 1 can often be heard singing along with Mr Marshall and Miss Ducat to a range of number and alphabet songs to help them with their learning. Our children must be practising their vocal skills at home too as our parents have asked about the songs their children are singing. CHAPS, our PTA, came up with the fantastic idea to record the children singing these tunes, with backing support from Mr Marshall on guitar and Miss Ducat on triangle to sell as a small fundraiser for school.
They enlisted the help of DJ Rob Pearson, a parent in school, who spent the morning before Easter in school with his recording equipment to capture the lovely voices. Here are some of the photos of the children in action.
