On Wednesday 11th March a team of our Year 4 pupils from Barlow and Chapel Haddlesey attended the Quicksticks Hockey Finals at the Read School, Drax. To obtain a place in the final they played against 5 other teams, winning all of their matches, coming out overall winners of the competition. They played with determination, outstanding teamwork and sportsmanship. Their behaviour, manners and attitude were remarkable, making Mrs Hall extremely proud of them. A huge round of applause to all of the children who attended and to Mrs Hall, for her excellent coaching skills.
