It was exciting times for The White Rose Federation this week after one of the newest member of the team found fame. Following Twig's appearance in the Selby Times reporting her win in the Paws for Pals Virtual Dog Show competition for having the biggest smile , Mrs Hall was contacted by BBC Radio York to be interviewed about Twig's role within the federation.
Excited staff, pupils and families tuned in to hear both Mrs Hall and Mrs Lindley discuss the positive impact Twig has had in all three of our federation schools.
Following the interview Mrs Lindley said that to add to the excitement, the pupils were so enthused by what they heard they have since written and produced their own interviews to add to the school website. So watch this space!
