Class 1 are growing a 'reading tree'. Miss Northway has set the children a challenge to start during the summer holiday. For every book the children read, a leaf will be added to the tree, and after 10 books, a golden leaf will be added!
The children have asked for the adults in school, visitors and school community to join us in growing our tree. We would love to hear what your favourite children’s books are. If you would like to send a book review into school we would be extremely grateful and add it to our growing book review collection.
We would love to see our children reading over the summer, and would love to see pictures of you reading in interesting places.
