On Monday 21st June, Class 3 were invited by Balfour Beatty to a pre-opening of the A19 road. They went prior to the ribbon-cutting ceremony to plant bee bombs and sow seeds and look at how the road had been repaired following its collapse after the floods in February 2000. The highlight was being filmed for the Calendar report that aired the same day!
