On Thursday 7th October, Class 2 had a Roman Day. Many of the children said it was the best day ever! As well as dressing up in roman costumes or the colours of the Italian flag, they made salt dough brooches, made an aqueduct, sang songs, danced and ate flatbread and honey. It gave them an opportunity to apply the learning leading up to the theme day.
