Eden camp

On Friday 27th October the children in Class 3 visited Eden camp along with the children from Class 3 at Barlow to enhance their studies of WW2.  The children spent the day exploring the immersive displays that bring history to life, experiencing the sights, sounds and smells of life on the Home Front and the Front Line.

Kian said: “Eden Camp was great.  I loved the blitz.  There was a park, and we had our lunch there.  It was just so much fun.

Jenson said: “Eden Camp was very fun.  We had to go into different little square buildings with different facts and parts of World War 2.  My favourite section was the U-Boat which is a submarine.  The room was the inside of a submarine, it was a very detailed room.  My second favourite was a room with model planes and facts about the blitz.
