Federation Sports Day 2024

The children in KS2 travelled to Barlow Primary School on Thursday 6th June, where all three schools in the federation came together for a sports day.  The children had great fun racing against the other schools in the beanbag, skipping, egg and spoon and running races.  It was lovely to see such wonderful behaviour displayed by our pupils, who cheered for everyone.  Their support was outstanding and they even made-up supportive chants for everyone, making Miss Northway super proud.

Katy said: “My favourite race was the running race where I got second place. When I got second place, I felt happy and confident for the other races.  We got 3rd place overall, but I enjoyed doing the races.”

Naomi said: “We had 4 races to run, skipping, sprinting, egg and spoon and bean bag.  I ran with the boys because there was an odd number of girls.  I liked the bean bag race.  Everything was really fun, even though we got third place."
