Transition to high school can be an exciting but anxious time for our Year 6's. We invite the Transition Coordinator from the feeder high schools to visit the Year 6's in the summer term to chat through any questions or worries they may have. We also encourage additional support for our vulnerable or children with additional needs.
When the high schools confirm their Year 6 Open Evenings in the autumn term, we share this information with our families. We will also notify you when the online portal opens to apply for a high school place and Miss Maud can support you with this application if you feel you need it.
