On Tuesday 1st October, our Junior Road Safety officers from across the Federation joined other schools at the Selby Junior Road Safety Launch at the Civic Centre. They had a fantastic morning meeting fellow JRSO’s from other schools, where they had the opportunity to discuss ideas for promoting road safety within school. The children talked about various road safety topics including school crossing patrols, parking issues, road signs and seat belt safety. They even had a surprise visit from the Seatbelt Sheriff!! Mrs Collins was extremely proud of all of our pupils for their outstanding behaviour during the launch.
