Part of our learning in class 2 has been about fossils. As well as making salt dough fossils and edible rock cycles, we also became palaeontologists and discovered our own dinosaurs fossils. The children created their own dinosaurs and used their amazing English skills to describe their characteristics, they then went on to recreate the skeletons of their dinosaur using art straws. They looked ‘roarsome’ when they were finished and Miss Lamb was very impressed.
