On Thursday, 30th November, our Year 2 children joined other pupils across our federation to take part in a Dodgeball Fun Festival which was hosted at Read School. The federation teams competed against one another and a range of other schools from our newly formed Sports Cluster. All of the children enjoyed taking part in the event, which was about having a go, whilst enjoying themselves in a sporting environment. There were different themes to the games including Kings and Queens, and doctors.
Willis: “I liked throwing the ball at people and protecting the Queen”.
Heidi: “I liked it when you got to throw the ball, and being a doctor. When you got hit by the ball you had to kneel down and the doctor visited you.
